Shaping the Future of OLEDs – One Fellow at a Time

Fluxim was proud to host the latest TADFsolutions Doctoral Network meeting at our headquarters in Winterthur—an exciting initiative funded by the EU Horizon program that unites top academic and industrial minds to advance OLED innovation.

As a consortium partner, we welcomed 12 bright Doctoral Fellows for hands-on training with our OLED and display R&D tools, including state-of-the-art simulation and measurement platforms. The sessions provided practical insights into the challenges OLED developers face and the tools that help overcome them.

This meeting wasn’t just about science—it was about shaping careers. TADFsolutions goes beyond research, offering secondments, international collaboration, and mentorship through partners like Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, Fraunhofer-Institut für Solare Energiesysteme ISE, and Kyoto University. It’s a true launchpad for globally minded, industry-ready researchers.

Thanks to all who joined us in Winterthur. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
